Local NI Professional Home Car Charging Plug Installation
"Having never owned an Electric/Hybrid Vehicle before, the whole home "wall box" charger purchase/installation was confusing.
I contacted Charleen at System Automation Monitoring, and started discussing options, and a few emails and photos later I booked my installation.
The engineer’s, Davy and Jimmy, arrived as scheduled, and after a brief chat, we actually changed our minds as to which Charger unit we wanted installed. Rather than the usual "huffing & puffing", a quick call to Charleen in the office, and it all went ahead with ease.
The installation took a few hours, but our electricity was only off for 10-mins. The engineers even took me through setting up the associated phone app.
I can not speak highly enough of System Automation Monitoring. Their service and advice is excellent and the cost was affordable. They’re professional, courteous and experienced from Charleen in the office to Davy and Jimmy with the installation. I highly recommend this local firm!"

Superb service from start to finish
"Having recently purchased an electric car an appointment was arranged for the charging point to be installed. From the first contact with Charleen at System Automation Monitoring Limited the process was quick and easy. Charleen advised what options were available together with costs and grants, all of which was explained clearly and precisely.
With Charleen’s help I was able to choose the best option for a home charging point. An appointment was arranged to suit me and the installation team arrived as planned. Both of the installation team were very polite and helpful and their work was as clean as pins. They gave me a number of options on siting and routing the wiring and nothing was too much trouble. The hand over and helping me set up the app was brilliant. I couldn’t have asked for more so I just wanted to let other people know too."
